How can I generate a Customer URL?

The Customer URL will be generated automaticallty once the Dealer URL has been copied or opened.

How can I extend my session duration?

Currently, it isn't possible to extend the duration time. All sessions will time out automatically after 2 hours.

How will I know I have enough free licences available for my session?

Before building your session, you will see the number of licences you have available in the available licences counter at the top of the app screen. You will also see the amount of total licences your entire team can access.

How can I find the total number of licences my team can access?

You can see the Total Licences amount in the top right corner of the Concierge Launcher app.

How long will it take to start my session?

This depends on the amount of free instances availabe when you start your session. Once you have selected the Start Session button, you will see a time to ready counter under session status which gives an indication of when the instances will be ready.

How can I present to multiple customers at once?

In the session builder, you can add up to 9 attendees per session from all available regions. Here you can use the [ + ] or [ - ] icons to add or remove attendees per region. Each attendee can access the session using the same customer URL link. The dealer is then able to see which attendees have joined on the Configurator page.

How can I see which attendees have joined?

On the Configurator page at the bottom of the screen, select the connection icon to view the session details. This will show the number of attendees and licences in use. It will also provide connection details for each of the attendees.

When will the licences used in my session be released?

Licences are acquired as soon as the customer regions have been selected and Start session is clicked. Licences are released as soon as the session ends, either by logging out, leaving the launcher app or clicking the End Session button.

When will my URL expire?

The URL will expire as soon as the session ends. It can also expire if the session times out automatically after 2 hours.

How can I add more customers to a session?

Once a session has started, you cannot add more attendees. You must close the current session and begin a new one to add more attendees.
