Remotely initiate a one-to-one shared sales session with a customer

Concierge Licences

You must have licences available before starting your Concierge session. If you don't have any licences, you will not be able to start the session.



Checking Total Licences

  • The total number of Licences available to you are visible in the top right corner of the Concierge launcher screen.




  • This is the total number of Concierge licences everyone within you team can use for hosting concierge sessions.
  • You must have at least 2 licences available to start a session. Each participant will need a licence alongside the presenter.
  • Therefore if you have 9 potential participants you will need 10 total licences in total accounting for one for yourself.




Available Licences

  • The total number of licences available to start the session can be see in the top right corner.
  • As you add and remove participants from the session (to a maximum of 10), you will see the amount increase under Session Licences.



  • If the number is red and displays a warning, it means you do not have enough available licences and more will need to be assigned to you. Remember you must have at least 2 licences available in order to begin any session.




Session Licences

Licences will be freed for other members to use once the session has ended. The session can be ended by:

  • Selecting the End Session button in SpotLight or the Configurator.
  • The host drops from the session.
  • Time-outs out automatically after 2 hours.




No Licences Available

If you do not have enough licences available, you can either contact your account manager, or raise a support request to have more added.
