Concierge Licences
You must have licences available before starting your Concierge session. If you don't have any licences, you will not be able to start the session.
Checking Total Licences
- The total number of Licences available to you are visible in the top right corner of the Concierge launcher screen.
- This is the total number of Concierge licences everyone within you team can use for hosting concierge sessions.
- You must have at least 2 licences available to start a session. Each participant will need a licence alongside the presenter.
- Therefore if you have 9 potential participants you will need 10 total licences in total accounting for one for yourself.
Available Licences
- The total number of licences available to start the session can be see in the top right corner.
- As you add and remove participants from the session (to a maximum of 10), you will see the amount increase under Session Licences.
- If the number is red and displays a warning, it means you do not have enough available licences and more will need to be assigned to you. Remember you must have at least 2 licences available in order to begin any session.
Session Licences
Licences will be freed for other members to use once the session has ended. The session can be ended by:
- Selecting the End Session button in SpotLight or the Configurator.
- The host drops from the session.
- Time-outs out automatically after 2 hours.
No Licences Available
If you do not have enough licences available, you can either contact your account manager, or raise a support request to have more added.
