Credits

Your Credit allowances are organised by teams, each with their own wallet. You can have access to one team or multiple, and they can be switched at any time from the team selection page section after logging out and logging back in. There are two types of wallets that can be allocated to a team: 

  • Unlimited, which provides unlimited credits so orders won’t be capped.  
  • Balance of credits that is refreshed each month. 

Wallet types and Credit allowances are agreed upon before access to SpotLight is given, to change your wallet type or allowances contact your account manager.  This also means the cost of Credits for an order may differ between OEM.



Checking Your Credit Balance

To view your current Credit Balance and profile menu, select the icon in the top right corner. This will reveal your account information, order history and your most recent orders. The balance of your teams with unlimited credits will show as Unlimited.

  • Under your display name and email adress, you will see your full Credit balance for the team you've selected.
  • Any orders made will reduce Credits from the selected team's balance.


Switching Teams

If you have access to multiple teams, you can switch teams (and therefore wallets) in by logging out, logging back in and selecting a different team from the Choose Your Team page. You can only switch teams if you are a member of multiple.

  • Log out
  • Log back in
  • Select a new team from the Choose Your Team page.



Expired Credits

If your credit amount expires before it is due to be refreshed, you won’t be able to produce any orders unless you have access to multiple teams with available Credits.  If you need to refresh your balance before the it’s due:
