Project Import/Export

Project Import/Export (previously Scene Import/Export) allows you to save your Shutter shot as a JSON file and import them later. Each configuration of the shot will be saved in the file, such as the environment, camera configurations, PrCodes, render effects etc.

• To export your project, make the configurations you are happy with and select the Project Import/Export panel. Click Export, a JSON file of your project will download.
• The exported JSON will include all of your project data: PrCodes, Environment, Camera Position, Vehicle Position, Render and Post Effects, Steer Angle, Resolution, Animations and Image Format.

• To import a project, drag and drop your project JSON file into the import area, or click the import area and select a file from your machine.
• After importing, you will see a list of settings you can choose to apply to your project. Select all that you wish to apply and click Apply. The Viewport will update with your imported JSON data.

Creating a JSON from Order History

• Click on the order with the file you wish to import.
• Under the Your Assets tab, click on the eye icon on the image, this will open the image link in a new tab.

• Once the image link is open, add .json to the end of the link. This will allow you to view the JSON data.
• Copy all of the data and save the file. To save the JSON file, paste the data into Notepad and save as .json file.
• Open SpotLight and click the Project Import/Export panel.
• Drag and drop the saved JSON file, or paste the JSON data in the dialog.
• Choose the options you wish to import. You can Select All or just from individual settings such as the Car model, PrCodes, Environment, Camera position and Post Effects.

• Once you've selected the relevant options, click Apply.
• The Viewport will update with the new project data.
